Bestie Media provides marketing analytics, reporting, campaign insights, operational tooling, and related business services.

Our services are intended for authorized business and internal reporting purposes only.

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with or disrupt the services
Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Circumvent authentication or security controls
Use the services in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies

2. Accounts & Access

Access to certain services may require authenticated accounts.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Restricting access to your account
All activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with third-party platforms and providers including:

Google
Google Ads
Shopify
Meta/Facebook
Stripe
Cloud infrastructure providers
Analytics providers

Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and developer policies.

Bestie Media is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or platform restrictions.

4. Google Ads API Use

Bestie Media uses the Google Ads API strictly for authorized internal reporting and analytics purposes.

The current implementation is read-only and does not create, edit, pause, resume, or delete advertising campaigns or modify Google Ads account settings.

Google Ads API data is used solely for reporting, analytics, operational insights, and internal business intelligence workflows.

Google Ads API data is not sold, shared with external third parties, or used for advertising resale purposes.

Access to Google Ads reporting data is restricted to authenticated and authorized users.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, branding, interfaces, content, dashboards, reports, and related intellectual property associated with the services are owned by Bestie Media unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy
Reproduce
Distribute
Modify
Reverse engineer
Create derivative works

without prior written permission from Bestie Media.

6. Data & Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect platform data and credentials.

However, no system, transmission method, or storage platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You acknowledge and accept these inherent risks when using internet-based services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Bestie Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Availability
Reliability
Accuracy
Performance
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestie Media and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Lost revenue
Data loss
Business interruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bestie Media and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws
Misuse of third-party integrations or APIs

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for:

Abuse of the platform
Unauthorized activity
Legal or compliance reasons
